The Council of National Minorities are special advisory bodies that provide opinions, advice and proposals to Parliamentary/Assembly bodies on all issues concerning the rights, position and interests of national minorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Also, Councils can delegate experts for the work of constitutional commissions and the Joint Commission for Human Rights.

3. Council for National Minorities of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, 

4. Council of National Minorities of Brčko District of BiH;

5. Council for National Minorities of Sarajevo Canton, Tuzla Canton and Una-Sana Canton.
